Get in touch
We are a small team, but we read every message we receive. Whether you have found a bug, want to suggest a tool, or just want to share feedback, you are welcome to reach out.
The best way to contact us is by email:
We do not have a support ticket system or a live chat widget. Email keeps things simple, and we prefer simple.
What to contact us about
Bug reports
If a tool is producing incorrect output, behaving unexpectedly, or breaking in a specific browser or environment, please let us know. Include the following in your message:
- Which tool you were using
- What input you provided (if you are comfortable sharing it)
- What output you received
- What you expected to happen instead
- Your browser and operating system
The more specific you can be, the faster we can reproduce and fix the issue.
Feature requests and tool suggestions
We are always looking for tools to add. If there is something you reach for regularly that we do not have, tell us about it. We cannot promise we will build everything, but we do read every suggestion and use them to shape the roadmap.
When suggesting a tool, it helps to describe the problem you are trying to solve rather than just the tool name. "I often need to convert hex color values to RGB" is more useful than "add a color converter."
General feedback
If something about the site feels off - a layout issue, a confusing interaction, an accessibility problem, or just something that does not feel right - we want to know. Developer tools should be a pleasure to use, and honest feedback helps us get there.
Business and partnerships
For business inquiries, partnerships, or anything else not covered above, use the same email address. We will route your message to the right person.
Response times
We aim to respond to all messages within 2 to 5 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we do not leave messages unanswered.
For bug reports that affect core functionality, we prioritize those and aim to respond faster.
What we cannot help with
ByteKiwi tools are utilities, not professional services. We cannot provide:
- Consulting or implementation support
- Custom tool development on request
- Legal or security advice about the tools or their output
- Account support (we do not have accounts)
If you have a general question about how a tool works, the best place to start is the FAQ section on the tool's page. Most common questions are covered there.
